Handmade 

All our products are handmade. So it may differ slightly from the product shown. Should you find any unevenness, please note that this is due to the fabric and/or its manufacturing.

Delivery time

  • All products from our atelier will be send within 1 working day. 
  • All the products from our atelier which are customized will be send within 3 -5 (working)-days.

Care instructions: 

  • Wash the towels on 30 degrees using mild detergent. Tumble dry at medium heat setting. For ironing it’s best to use a pressing cloth on the back and front side of the towel for extra protection. 
  • Please use mild - non bleaching - detergent if you want to keep the color. 
  • Colors will fade when you dry the towel in the sun. 
  • Wash the clothes on 30 degrees. Don’t put them in the tumble dry and please check the care instructions inside your item. 

How can I personalize a product? 

- Select your products of choice (e.g. Towel Giant)  and check ‘personalize towel’. Below you can fill in your name, icon or quote of choice and choose a color. After that, choose the locations for your name or quotes. Icons will be placed bottom right and names and quotes can be placed bottom right or top right. Check photos for inspiration! Add to cart and you’re ready to go! There is a maximum of 12 characters. Would you like more? Please feel free to contact us. 

  • Please note that personalized items cannot be returned. 

What are the costs of a personalisation? 

  • For personalization of one item an additional fee of € 7,50 euros is charged. Every item is carefully prepared, framed and embroidered separately that involves a lot of craftsmanship. 
  • If your have any further questions about personalization, please feel free to contact us.
     

What payment options do you accept?

  • We currently accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Mastercard, VISA and American Express. 

Is it possible to send me an invoice? 

  • Sure, just send us an email including your order number and we will make sure to send you een digital invoice. 

Shipping and Delivery 

  • Depending on your location, we ship our products using MyParcel. It’s also possible to send your order to a POSTNL service point.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and the delivery location.
  • Once we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive a notification that includes a tracking link.

Belgium € 6,90 from € 100 free shipping

Please note that different fees may be applied to heavy and large-sized items. These items are also excluded from free shipping. 

Returns

  • We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order.  When you have any questions or complains about your order and you would like to send it back? Please leave a ‘ticket message’ in ‘My Account’ and send us the reason of return. All the message which are send in ‘Tickets’ will be automatically matched with your order number. We will do our ultimate best to give you an answer as soon as possible. 
  • Please keep in mind that only unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned. All returned items must have the original tags and labels attached along with the original sales receipt. The costs for return are for you as the sender. You are responsible for the return and please send us the Track & Trace code. It’s required to send the return in original packaging. 
  • Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons (this is also determined by law).
    If there is an imperfection upon receiving it, please let us know within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the imperfection by email [email protected] 

Giftcards
Giftcards cannot be returned. 

Newsletter discount
The newsletter discount does not apply to the giftcards.
